{"id":21391,"date":"2025-07-17T13:41:52","date_gmt":"2025-07-17T11:41:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.jasfbg.com.pl\/?page_id=21391"},"modified":"2025-07-17T14:19:34","modified_gmt":"2025-07-17T12:19:34","slug":"whistleblowing","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.jasfbg.com.pl\/en\/contact\/whistleblowing\/","title":{"rendered":"Whistleblowing"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1>Reporting irregularities<\/h1>\n<p><em>Dear Sir or&nbsp;Madam,<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>To enable you to&nbsp;report suspected violations of&nbsp;law (national and international), suspected corruption or&nbsp;fraud, or&nbsp;violations of&nbsp;internal regulations adopted by&nbsp;the JAS-FBG Capital Group, as&nbsp;well as&nbsp;to fulfill obligations arising from the Act of&nbsp;14 June 2024 on&nbsp;the Protection of&nbsp;Whistleblowers, the JAS-FBG Capital Group has implemented the &#8220;Joint Procedure for Reporting Internal Violations and Taking Follow-Up Actions in&nbsp;the JAS-FBG Capital Group.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Remember!<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>If you see an&nbsp;irregularity, witness corruption, or&nbsp;violate regulations concerning, among others, transport safety, privacy and personal data protection, network and IT systems security \u2013 REACT!<\/li>\n<li>A whistleblower is&nbsp;protected by&nbsp;law against retaliation for making a&nbsp;report.
