Reporting irregularities
Dear Sir or Madam,
To enable you to report suspected violations of law (national and international), suspected corruption or fraud, or violations of internal regulations adopted by the JAS-FBG Capital Group, as well as to fulfill obligations arising from the Act of 14 June 2024 on the Protection of Whistleblowers, the JAS-FBG Capital Group has implemented the “Joint Procedure for Reporting Internal Violations and Taking Follow-Up Actions in the JAS-FBG Capital Group.”
.
Remember!
- If you see an irregularity, witness corruption, or violate regulations concerning, among others, transport safety, privacy and personal data protection, network and IT systems security – REACT!
- A whistleblower is protected by law against retaliation for making a report. Persons associated with the whistleblower and those assisting in making a report are subject to the same protection.
- Reports submitted by a whistleblower may concern an actual or potential violation of the law in a work-related context that has occurred or is likely to occur within one or more companies of the JAS-FBG Capital Group.
- A whistleblower should act in good faith and disclose accurate information based on the facts and circumstances known to them.
- A whistleblower does not make an internal report for their own benefit or self-interest.
- Filing a report requires the reporting party’s personal information (anonymous reporting is not possible).
For more information about the internal reporting procedure at the JAS-FBG Group, please see the “Joint Procedure for Reporting Internal Violations and Taking Follow-Up Actions at the JAS-FBG Group.”
