Attentiveness to the quality of services provided is a mainstay of our policy. In order to standardise customer service, in 2000 we implemented the Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001 standard. This has been confirmed by a certificate granted to us by TUV Rheinland Euroqua Kft. The certification covers all services offered by JAS-FBG S.A through its offices in Poland. Since 2003 in JAS-FBG has worked the Environmental Policy, which has been confirmed in August 2005 by TUV Rheinland Euroqua Kft. the certificate ISO 14001 – 2004. The company was certificed by ISO 22000 in 2008.
AS-FBG S.A. is a member of FIATA (Fédération Internationale des Associations de Transitaires et Assimilés) – the biggest international organization, associating forwarding companies from over 150 countries. Its aims are, among other things, improving the quality of services provided by its members and representing their business on the international field. The personnel of JAS-FBG S.A. regularly participates in trainings organized by FIATA, continuously increasing their qualifications.
JAS-FBG S.A. is also a member of IATA (International Air Transport Association), a worldwide trade organization with its seat in Montreal and Geneva, associating today 230 carriers. The main mission of the organization is to support the air industry in the matters of fair trading.
