The company’s foundation is a combination of over 30 years of experience of JAS-FBG S.A. customs agencies in handling international trade in goods and the knowledge and experience of our experts and practitioners in areas such as customs and indirect taxes (VAT and excise duty).

Our experienced team provides advisory services in the following areas:

customs permits, including Authorized Economic Operator (AEOC) permits, general guarantee permits, and permits for special customs procedures (inward processing, outward processing, customs warehouses); permits for simplified customs procedures; Tariff classification for customs and taxes, including support in obtaining Binding Tariff Information (BTI) for customs purposes and WIA for excise tax purposes; origin of goods for the import of products from outside the European Union and the export of products manufactured in the EU; optimization of applicable customs procedures; customs audits and reviews; representation during customs and goods trade proceedings at every stage of customs and administrative court proceedings; and customs law training.
